No Refund Policy
All bookings — including event registrations, tee-time reservations, membership subscriptions, and seasonal passes — are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Changes in personal schedule
- Weather conditions
- Failure to attend an event
- Membership or subscription non-usage
- Accidental or duplicate bookings
Please confirm all details before finalizing your purchase.
No Cancellation Policy
Once a booking or subscription is completed, it cannot be canceled.
This includes:
- Golf event registrations
- Tournament entries
- Subscription and membership plans
- Any pre-paid course services
All confirmed bookings are binding.
Rescheduling (If Applicable)
In select cases such as course maintenance or unforeseen operational issues, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion. This is not guaranteed and does not imply a change to our no-refund policy.
Event Changes or Cancellations by Us
If an event must be postponed or canceled by the golf course due to exceptional circumstances, we may offer:
- A rescheduled event date, or
- A credit for future use
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Weather Policy
Golf is an outdoor sport; therefore, bookings remain non-refundable during standard weather variations.
In the case of severe weather that results in course closure, we may offer a rescheduled slot or credit.
